Most people don’t prefer to listen and don’t listen with the intent to understand so that will be a little difficult for them to get the other’s point of view. so try to listen carefully, that could be anything related to your topic. It could be English songs, radio, news, or other resources that give you information or some chunks of that. So listen to English for at least 20 minutes hackneyed in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening. Use both your eyes and ears and try to listen at least as much as you talk.

2. Speak to be heard & showcase  your personality

After the recognition of the language, the next step is how to convey our message? what we want to say and all these things could possible through speaking .you communicate with people through speaking.  it must take prosaic in English to achieve fluency. so many people are petrified to speak in English because they are shy that what other people think if they will make mistakes and soo many related questions to it.

” Mistakes makes a man perfect”

Mistakes are very common when you have no full command of your topic but when you try to pay attention and focus you can easily cope up with that fear to fail. so don’t worry about mistakes, just try to make new friends who are willing to improve their English and practice with them as much as possible.

Try to imitate others, listen to others, and repeat what they say and how they say. it’ll be more fun when you develop a sense of curiosity in you to know about more things and how to communicate with others properly. Avoid learning words by word, you just need to understand the concept rather than cram the whole and try to speak the words that you recently learned. Act like an actor, just follow up your favorite actor, listen to him the way how he speaks and try to imitate him /her by doing this you’ll be more confident and your accent could be more fluent.

3. Use Art of Reading to grow

Reading is also art. we don’t need to improve faster if we read a lot. if you read 5 pages but can’t learn something new, it’s better to read two pages but this time read carefully for a better understanding. Do not try to remember, try to understand them, once you understand them, you do not need to remember.

Always make special time to read, you can read any book according to your taste .it could be a comic book, general book, newspaper, magazine novel or you choose anything that you like to read. Pay more attention if you wanted to enhance your comprehension and if you find your task is difficult then divide it into chunks for a better understanding.

4. Writing prompt

Writing is the reflection of our experiences and what we learn from them, it helps us to communicate with others and convey our oral thoughts like what we think, learn and understand into written form. sometimes writing has more impact than other communication channels because through writing we can select the language to influence our thoughts and actions into a particular language that everyone can easily understand.

When you read, you read two to three pages and you have to take 10 to 15 correct grammatical sentences from those two pages and you have to write them down in your notebook to read them frequently. Try to remember the whole sentences rather than individual word meaning because if you knew a complete sentence, you can speak it very quickly. Learn how to expand your basic sentences into more elaborate ones

Get a full command of your dictionary skills, expand your vocabulary, and always try to write your work into chunks,   first you look for the general mistakes, and in second look for the grammatical mistakes.

Read as much as you can cuz reading is closely related to writing  so your number one priority is to improve  your English writing skills, and this will help you to improve your vocabulary, grammar, sentence structure and shows different ideas of communication

5. Thinking

Thinking is a very important part of spoken English because whatever you can think, you can speak. So try to make a habit to think in English. everything takes time. In the beginning, it will be a part of your memory and once it becomes your habit then English will come naturally from your mouth and be easier to speak.

Thinking in English helps you to build up or boost up your lexicon. You don’t have to pressurize yourself that you don’t know what I am thinking is right or wrong?, you just go with the flow or without any hesitation say that word. Remember that you can make mistakes cuz it’s a part of our life so we just need to work on those weaknesses.

Start by thinking from a single word because beginners are not able to make important decisions in English so they can use some basic words of English like the name of the objects that you see around you or the action you do. Try to translate every word that goes through your mind and the sentences you use on the daily basis.

Every time you don’t know how to say something in English so search for that sentence or word from the internet or books and find other ways to say that word. There are more than one ways to express something even if you don’t know a word just get your idea by thinking creatively and using another word for that sentence as an alternative.

If you think you can do it, surely you can, just believe in yourself

6. Set aside  a place for studying

Select an area or room where you feel free and properly focus on your studies .you don’t have to limit yourself to your house, pick any place that you find good for studying that doesn’t offer major engrossments.

It’ll be a cozy cafeteria or a park where you sit on a bench in the side corner under some shady trees and try to read a good English book in that mesmerizing scene

7. practice English when you have no time

There may be days when you don’t have time to sit down and focus on your studies so try to get some free time in which you could focus to learn the English language so its not necessary to always study books, they are not the only source to learn. Try some other ways to learn English and to enhance your vocabulary.

You can listen to your favorite song in English and enjoy it by dancing around as you cook, clean, or by doing other chores. Turn on a Tv channel or watch any YouTube video in English or dramas with English subtitles. it will help to build your vocabulary, comprehension, and also your pronunciation if you read again what you hear. Cartoons are the best option if you wanted to learn from starting cuz it includes humor, slang, and idioms and also a fun fact within them.

This habit will keep you engaged with English even on days when you don’t have the time for in-depth study and don’t have the time to actively watch it, turn your Tv on while doing chores or anything because only hearing English, even as background noise will get you comfortable listening to English.

8. challenge yourself that you can do it

Make your goals as amusing or as challenging as you wish but whatever ways you choose just stick on them, that will help you to maintain your focus without any distraction.

Try to read English news that is in English rather than your native tongue. The first day it’ll be a little difficult and you didn’t get the main point but I bet you understand some words that create a rough structure in your mind about that news so a little guess or ideas comes to your mind and then gradually with a little focus and effort you’ll be able to understand what is said in the news.

Listen to English podcasts during your commute and try to translate every word that seems a little tricky to you and make a full sentence from that. Stop creating perfect crafted sentences when you’re having a conversation. For some of us, the more we plan out the perfect phrasing, the more likely we are to bungle it big time when put in the spotlight. Teach your brain to wipe the slate clean with each new response.

9. celebrate your victory and  galvanize yourself

Celebrate your first conversation entirely in English and use the words correctly in a sentence. Seeing humor in a joke without having to ask for an explanation and by writing your first letter in English.

By presenting yourself in English and celebrating or feeling proud when you are the only one to know the meaning of that word in your family gatherings and able to speak new words that show your skills.

10 Regale  your learning style

Learning English isn’t a piece of cake. Everyone has a different learning style in which you feel comfortable to showcase and express your abilities or skills in that style which you like the most and better focus on your studies.  After learning something try to match which material matches your learning style, what you are capable of, and what are the best ways through which you learn better? You just need to regale your learning style. There are four types of learners

I Aural learners: Such kinds of learners prefer to learn orally because it’s the best way for them to learn because they quickly pick any point when they hear something. As people who belonged to old English used to learn orally rather than to learn through written manuscripts. Such kinds of people are best to describe everything quickly but they are not able to write properly.

II visual learners:  Almost most of us are visual learners because things set quickly in our mind when we see them rather than in written and oral form. Visual learners learn to see the pictures that can be images, charts, graphs, maps, diagrams, and others forms that stimulate visual learning and to get more information by using distality techniques.

III Social learners: Such kinds of learners are socially active because they learn to interact with people from different classes and groups. They like to learn in groups and prefer to be around people, teams, or thriving through social interactions. children have such kind of behavior because from birth they learn from their surroundings or their parents.

When you connect socially you get more knowledge about everything around you especially when you get interconnected with foreigners your English speaking skills are much better so try to get socially connected with those to whom you get the benefit too.

IV Verbal learners: Those who use words, reading, or listening. As naturally born speakers are the example of verbal learners who learn from listening and reading.

11. Check out yourself

Take a  keen look at your preceding work before starting a new one, it’ll help you that if you by mistake forget to add something, then retrench or add and look out to the grammatical lapses. Make it more fun by giving yourself small tasks or quizzes and if you completed your task then reward yourself just to appreciate or motivate yourself. Try to Speak out loud for more confidence and fluency, be confident, learn more words each day to enhance your vocabulary, and try to be more efficient, fluent or record your progress to check what you learn.
